Shipping Policy

At BRAK, we aim to make ordering and delivery as simple and convenient as possible.

1. Delivery within South Africa

We currently offer delivery within South Africa.

Orders are normally dispatched once payment has been successfully received and the order has been processed.

Our standard delivery option is:

Standard Shipping – R130

Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.

2. Free shipping

Standard shipping is free for orders of R1,000 or more.

The free-shipping threshold is applied automatically at checkout.

Orders below R1,000 are charged the standard shipping fee of R130.

The R130 shipping fee applies per order/package and not per individual product. Where multiple products can be safely packed together in one standard parcel, the customer will only pay one R130 shipping charge.

3. BRAK – Self-collection

Customers who prefer to collect their order may select:

BRAK – Self-collection – R0

No delivery fee will be charged for self-collection.

Once the order is ready, we will contact the customer to arrange a suitable collection time.

4. Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including their name, contact number, physical delivery address and postal code.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional delivery costs or a failed delivery. Where this occurs, BRAK may contact the customer to arrange the next steps.

5. Delivery delays

While we work with our delivery partners to ensure orders arrive within the estimated delivery period, BRAK cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.
